Our Chef
Sara graduated from Thailand with a degree in Food and Nutrition. She has since worked in Thailand and New Zealand for many years, including a five-star hotel in Bangkok and renowned Thai restaurants in Auckland CBD. With a passion for making authentic Thai cuisine, she is also looking for a nice blend of traditional cooking and creative presentation. Sara was a Finalist in the LKK New Zealand Developing Chefs Challenge 2020. She is always ready to serve the residents of Nelson and the broader community with the best Thai food.
